Indian restaurant , Reef mall , shopping area , metro station everything is within 1 min distance from hotel even we visited creek area at 2 AM and without even asking anyone .If anyone want to visit Dubai mall by metro , it will take hardly 15 min .

The front desk are so rude that they instantly piss you off. The location is too Noisy and the rooms are very dated. The location is also not that good with lots of traffic jams. Better staying near City centre mall, if you have to stay in Deira. Highly disappointing.
Services: (Worst) Reception staff is rude, has a lot of attitude problem as well as egoistic, unapologetic behaviour even when they make mistakes (which is quite usual behaviour).
Overall the hotel staff lacks trust towards their guest.
Amenities: (Pathetic) Not upto the mark, room i was alloted had a broken sink and electric sockets (please refer attached images).
Housekeeping manager is totally uselsss, she even passed a judgement on me without even asking their own housekeeping staff and she did so only when i suggested her to check the CCTV feed.
They plan to rob you of your money with their tactis of billing items which you have never consumed at the first place and moreover they do so without any proof.
The only reason people stay at this place is its location as this is near to one of the metro stations (on green line) but to be honest there are so many properties which are good (services, food and amenities) to stay and will be near to other metro stations (on red line) since you will be required to commute on the red line of the dubai metro for all touristy purposes.
TIP: Try and search for a property which is near to metro station on the red line
NOTE: Dont trust the hotel staff with your valuables, be your own guard.
Good hotel, very good location with metro station, very friendly cleaning staffs, clean room, good atmosphere, good pool with gym, good breakfast with live counter, he is very friendly with very busy counter.only problem I found the ladies staff in the reception they are very rude kind of attitude..

Ramada Deira is a centrally located hotel with all modern facilities. It is next to the Metro station and has good Malls, Restaurants within walking distance. A friendly, neat and clean hotel and recommended for stay

A good average hotel, nice rooms, acceptable breakfast, very good location close to the metro and a good selection of restaurants at walking distance. The only negative I would say is that the lobby of the hotel could be a little nicer.
