We stayed here with our 9 year old son just before the Easter holidays. We arrived early, as in around 9.40am, which meant our room wasn't ready but the staff pulled out all the stops and we were in our room by 12pm. We'd booked Premium/Club Lounge access which meant complimentary breakfast in a dedicated restaurant and pre dinner drinks with canapés. The service you receive at a Jumeirah property is second to none with complimentary fruit or lollipops served at regular intervals throughout the day either pool side or beach side. And the Friday brunch is a sight to behold! You definitely need to book in advance as it attracts all the ex pats but it is so worth it with a huge selection of foods, from sushi to roast beef, and they have numerous drinks stands serving all types of premium drinks, from Hendricks & Cucumber to coconuts filled with rum! It's a must do. Just be warned, once you've experienced the service here, you'll be ruined forever.

We are fortunate to have friends living in Dubai who took us for adternoon tea at this magnificent hotel. This is an experience not to be missed if at all possible. The fancy sandwiches and desserts came on high stands stacked to the limits. These were followed by scones with cream and jam and of course tea and coffee. As afternoon turned into evening we went out onto the balcony of this beautiful hotel and watched the lights of the city come on. The Burj al Arab is visible from this viewpoint and was flooded with beautiful coloured light. The water in front of us had small boats on it. I was there with my sister; but it would be a magical romantic place for a couple. I will definitely visit there with my husband in the future.

Stayed here for 9 nights in March this year...one word...WOW!! Stayed here with my Mum, and had a brilliant time from start to finish. We had upgraded, so were picked up at the airport, and were taken to the hotel in style! Check in was very swift in the executive lounge. We were shown to our room, which was a good size with a lovely balcony view of the Burj al Arab. Beds were extremely comfortable, we slept exceptionally well throughout the stay. Upon waking the next morning, and heading on to the balcony, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean and pool area. We had a lovely breakfast every morning at Hanaya, and the evening buffet was lovely too. We ate out a few times too as there is loads of places you can dine at. The Italian Trattoria Toscana was really nice and we also had food at Al Qasr and also at the Zabeel Saray hotel where we had international cuisine which was absolutely gorgeous.
Our upgrade included complimentary soft drinks and afternoon tea, which again was lovely as was the cocktails and canapés. The beach area was lovely and clean. We made full use of the pool which was lovely and warm, and the sun beds were really comfy. It was beautiful going round the complex on the abras, and the golf buggies were very handy too. Wild wadi water park well worth a visit too. We went to see the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains, absolutely fantastic. We were going to do the hop on hop off tour, but decided to get a taxi ourselves to where we wanted to go and found it to be much cheaper. The staff were all hepful, and I would definetely stay here again, can't recommend it enough! So hopefully see you soon

Everything perfect except very expensive, food, rooms surroundings etcetera. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Our balcony was a little bit to small and the door was unable to keep open. The room was great, large bathroom.

Absolutely stunning. Everyone at the resort was making your stay the best that it can be.
While all the staff at the concierge and throughout the resort was fantastic, Rey, at the concierge stood out. He went over the top to help my grandson, son and myself out to make our trip memorable. He was there everyday with a big welcoming smile to help us out.
The rooms were decorated beautifully and we had an amazing view of the water. It could not have been better. We loved the canal rides and buggy rides.
Suggestion...to take a ride on each during the day, then go out at night and see the area all lit up.
Loved it!
