Stayed there during the first week of jan 2013 for DSF. Was appointed a room on the 5th floor which was quite, clean and serene. The hotel is bang on the main area of Bur Juman, the bank street of Dubai. The green line metro station is just outside the hotel's entrance (you will have to change trains for the red line ). Room service is the only criteria which this hotel has to improve, after 9 pm when there discotheque starts functioning room service is even more bad considering the fact that all their attention lies there. Be prepared to wait for an hour for a bottle of water (buying it from the 24*7 departmental store opposite the hotel is a faster and way cheaper option)

Comfortable stay and approachable. Nice road side restaurants just a walk away.
Departmental store also on the same street. Metro is just outside the Hotel. Food is good and they also have a 24 hours coffee shop serving snacks, anytime!

All in all good value for money. Breakfast is really good and good assortment of items.
Room are clean - if not call the House keeper to redo the rooms.

Please take your room above 4th Floor or else hear thumping Bollywood music till 3AM
