The staff members are always helpful, extremely politely, and friendly. I've taken the Ferry twice now and recommend it for a touristy way to travel but it's not a quick trip. The Ferry is part of the RTA's public transport system -- it's best for a relaxed ride than as part of a daily commute.
The Ferry has toilets on board and is family friendly.

Its was a beautiful yatch from Dubai Tourism, not much costly. The last ferry will pick you from one place and drop you at another. They don't offer food inside, but you are allowed to take your food along

Got the 11am ferry from Dubai Marina (near Marina Mall) to Al Ghubaib. Was a bit hazy on the day but still got great views of Atlantis and Burj Khalifa. Relaxing way to spend 2 hours.

We spent the morning in Dubai, fighting through the Souks and then took an Abra across the creek (1AED) to the station right next to the Ferry Station at Al Ghubaida.
We caught the 1pm ferry to Dubai Marina. It's a 1 hour 40 minute journey which takes you past a lot of Dubai's sights e.g. Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Atlantis the Palm, before finally sailing into the centre of Dubai Marina. It's a great way to see Dubai.
The very is very modern, clean and comfortable. It can get a little rocky out at sea but most people should be OK. Make sure you have some water or drinks with you - I didn't see anything for sale on the ferry.
The one-way trip cost 100AED for two people which represents great value to see Dubai from the sea.
Highly recommended.
Note that you can also do the return sailing from Dubai Marina to Al Ghubaida. The website can be a little daunting but I recomend just going to the RTA ticket office. They are very friendly and will help you decide which tickets to get etc.

Have just been on this so called cruise. Basically you sail out for 30 minutes then Come back You see a couple of hotels in the palm resort area and the beach area skyline . No commentary at all during the trip.
Also DONT pay the 50% more for gold seats such a ripoff the area you sit in has less views and no access to outside , the cheaper seats are much better bigger windows and access to outside
Staff weren’t really bothered when asked why they charge more for less
