I arrived very late and just wanted to quickly sleep. But there were no way to turn off this stupid light in the closet. after 20 min frustration I called the reception. Achmed told me there would be another switch but there were none. I thought Im going nuts. called again. they send someone over and it turned out the door wasn’t closed enough probably (?!) I tried to finally sleep when I figured, even I requested a King size bed, there were two mattresses and it felt super uncomfortable! The pillows are monster sizes. super hard and way to big. so I had to try to sleep without a pillow. try.. right! It was super chilly in the room! A constant cold draft like outside. I turned on the AC and switched the temperature to 26 degrees but after 30 min I figured the room got even colder!!! I couldn’t sleep the whole night!! I felt over tired, my throat were totally scratchy the next day! Then I figured my phone didn’t charge the entire night!!! I had to use the plug in at the hairdryer because even it’s a brand new hotel there haven’t even had USB plug-ins!!! I took a shower and all on the top there were almost no water coming out of the shower!! I first complained about the temperature to Achmed at 8 am in the morning. An hour before check out I requested an adapter because of my almost dead phone. I was asking for Achmed but surprisingly he were at tea time (?!)
He would be back. But it turned out he were already off. And the other guy at the reception told me that there actually don’t have any heating ( even it looks like it at the AC! ) Achmed told me total different things. So they actually have no clue!

I had to repeat the whole story again as I never talked to anybody before. After 10 minutes I got a call, simply saying that there’s no refund possible and
I would only get a discount if I decide to come back!!!

That’s SO outrageous! Of course I’ll never get back to place were I get a cold at night because there hide that there is no heating. And were the staff is SO incredibly unprofessional!!!

I feel fooled and cheated. I haven’t even had time to use the gym ( I was so looking forward to) because I slept over after such a Horror night!!

I’ll definitely never come back!

Ps. And I found disgusting black foreign long hair in the bathroom!!More
