Great location and great view, the Hotel are amazing the room is beautiful and very clean the Housekeeping staff are very good and very professional specially Mohmmed overall the hotel is amazing recommend it to everyone how are planning to visit Jeddah

The Venue Hotel is one of the best hotels in Jeddah ever, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the interest in developing the hotel. I have stayed in it several times and every time there is something new and improved. In addition, the hotel is luxurious and clean And the staff are great and friendly
only need form the management to find a solution for the parking is always full

The Hotel is located on the Corniche,very nice service , the Room Cleanness and the Hotel Cleanliness is very nice and comfortable, the room size is very comfortable, the hotel Staff are highly professional , thank you to all the Venue Staff

I was in sea side building at 6th floor.
Cons: room was not cleaned enough. Bathroom accessories are in poor condition and some are rusty. Air-conditioning working but need to be maintained since its work for 2 minutes and stops for les than one minute!! I reported the issue but its remains for 5 nights without fixing it. Average service for Housekeeping. Bed was not comfortable and old. Very high prices for room service menu.
Advantage: location was great. More than enough complementary bottles of water.

I was in Jeddah for a week and decided to book the first night at this hotel with a view to extend. Glad I didn’t commit here.
Location is ok but to be honest that was overshadowed by the poor hotel.
First issue , the gym . Closes at 9pm daily !! A complete joke for what is supposed to be an international standard hotel !! Most are open 24 hours.
The room , corner room (still £190) , bed was awful with what felt like a thick mattress topper making sleep difficult.
Food options, poor.
The hotel was generally grubby and felt old and far below saudi standards for this kind of place.
A experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone in light of the hundreds of better places in Jeddah .
