Everything is seriously damaged and in hard need of repair. Not only is cleanliness horrible, but also everything is old. That's not to say it's got a nice old-timey feel to it. It's got a feel of wanting to be thrown out and replaced. The hotel places pictures online that are nothing like the reality and my wife and I were promptly fooled. Throw onto that the breakfast buffet (great variety, horrible food) with cats roaming around, pouncing on tables, and stealing food, and you've got yourself a great reason to leave the hotel and head to downtown Alex. Unfortunately, that's OVER AN HOUR's drive away since the short path recommended by Google Maps when we were checking out the hotel goes through private streets. Going to just stay in and watch a movie? Too bad you can't, since WiFi is only available in public areas.

Room Tip: Sea view, if you must.

The place is not good at all for making a wedding.

The dishes were not clean at all and the food was not good. The music was arranged by others that is that is why it was good.

They did not give towels in a friend room, no iron, the bathroom was average, the phone was not working and to call the reception you have to go and see them.

The worst experience ever this hotel made our wedding day so catastrophic Beginning from the unclean room without any facilities (no towels,no shower gel no soap,no shampoo )the air conditioning is not working, dim light ,dirty sheets,no mini bar,the phone is broken down..
We asked for in room breakfast as honeymooners they refused and when my husband tried to get the breakfast by himself to our room they refused too and finally they brought us after negotiations a poor quality meal with extra fees
The receptionists are very rude and impolite
We couldn't stay more than one day and we checked out and left with a big indifference from the customer service
We don't recommend this hotel to any one don't spend ur money nor ur time in this place

IF the management dont relay only on location { this apply on the 3 hotels in this group}.much effort must be done to improve the quality of food and restaurants ,professional serving staff, with attention on refashioning the rooms, this will sure add credit to these hotels. Regarding paradise inn,it is a major disadvantage not to have a lift and no facility for wheel chair passages, Beach area clean and comfortable, nice swimming pool.
