The menu is extensive (Chinese, Thai, Japanese), and the food is alright, although a bit salty. The reason why you'd want to go to China House, though, is the magnificent view over the Eastern Harbour. The Cecil Hotel is located on the Corniche, and it's close proximity to water (and height) gives the illusion that it's build right on the water. Arrive just before sunset to take advantage of the beautiful light.
Bonus: They serve alcohol.
