Outside the walls of Brasov, you can go to this part of the city, to see this church and First Romanian School museum, in the same court. Nice arhitecture and painting, a must see in Brasov.

Relaxing walk-in from black church till there. Interesting as is a so unique Orthodox Church, looks like a Disneyland castle....
Very important that at the side is the first Romanian school, operated by the church priests at the beginning

This church is an architectural feast for the eyes and be aware NO CAMERAs inside. Spend the time looking at the fine details with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque influences.

The church architecture is totally stunning. With the mountains behind and the oldest school of Romania next to it, it is a well worth it to visit. Inside pictures to be taken are not allowed, but it is a must visit if you are in Brasov

Sf. Nicolae is about a ten-minute walk south of the old town centre of Brașov and is located in a beautiful setting. Inside are fine murals (including ones of Romania's last king and queen) and a magnificent iconostasis or icon screen. Also in the grounds are a cemetery and the Prima Scoala Romaneasca, which is a delightful place to visit.
