Really great hotel. Great service - welcoming and helpful. Wonderful room for family of 4. Comfy beds, spacious, large bathroom with plenty of warm water AND a great view. Really close to the old town. Breakfast was amazing. Wonderful selection. Highly recommend Hotel Pellegrino.

Charming hotel in the middle of everything. Spacious rooms, nice beds and helpful staff. They have parking close by. You have access to everything right outside the door. You can walk to the old bridge in less than ten minutes. Good value for your money.

On this trip we stayed in 9 different hotels across 7 countries...so 1 hotel not meeting our expectation is not bad going. The manager was very sincere and couldn’t do enough to help us and given the other positive ratings shown on tripadvisor they are clearly trying their best.

However, we think we were the only people staying in the hotel and that was a bit weird. It was early April so maybe the tourist season hadn’t yet started. The room had been cleaned but the carpet was wet.

Wouldn’t recommend but hope this was just a one off.

Our host was so helpful and lovely. Hotel is in the Mostar city center, just two minutes by walk from old city bridge in Mostar. Our room was bigger than usual rooms in other hotels. Buffet breakfast was at really high level.

Location is between the old town and the main train / bus station where most traveller would arrive in town. A short walk of about 10 minutes to either.

Exterior of the building and the entrance is not really impressive, but the hotel interior and rooms are well furnished. Rooms are really spacious, with large kitchen area and sitting area. Complimentary breakfast is very good and lots of specialty items.
