Just after entering the old city through the crowded Sea Gate, our tour guide pointed out this rather ordinary building to our tour group. We were concerned that if this building was worth a mention, then there couldn't be much worth seeing in the old city. We were later proven to be wrong in this assumption.
When our tour was over, we returned to the city square where this palace is located, by ourselves. The city square has much of interest in it. There are a number of shops, bars and outdoor cafes.
The palace itself is worth a quick glance but nothing more than that!
