I stayed a few nights in May 2012. Everything was fine, location excellent for exploring the city, reception efficient and friendly, room was good - I think I had one of the better rooms which are in the majority in the hotel - I believe there are a small number of smaller rooms. Dining room a bit unusual - quite plainly decorated, and mostly the tables are large, meaning at breakfast some people had to sit with strangers. This would make some people uncomfortable, although actually I met some nice people.
At 70EUR/night, the locals consider this a very expensive hotel. Obviously that's not a lot if you compare with "western" cities, but you can probably get a lot less expensive accomodation if you look around.
