The Tinel Room Apartments are located in a part of a floor of big building, seemed mainly residential. Very well located, in the main street of the old centre, in a walking distance to everything you might see in the town, quiet rooms, everything very new and clean, and the owners are very sweet. Totally recommend.

A friend and I stayed in Zadar for two nights in late August 2012. We had done quite a bit of travelling around Croatia, and this was to be our final stop.

We found the Tinel Restaurant on People's Square and enquired there for the rooms, the lovely waiter offered us a shaded table on the outdoor terrace and drinks while someone from the rooms came to meet us. We ordered a large bottle of water and two soft drinks, which he insisted were on the house to guests - lovely touch.

The girl who came to show us our room was delightful. She made us feel entirely comfortable, and on the short walk over had given us loads of info about the city as well as all of her recommendations. In fact, when she came to collect the key when we were leaving, she even offered to give us a lift to the bus station!

The room itself is in the perfect location. The huge windows open out and look down onto the main street. The room itself was very clean, well-appointed and had a modern bathroom. Air con and fridge included.

This is the only place I would stay in Zadar.

Room Tip: Ask for the room that overlooks the main street - beautiful!

Absolutely perfect accomodation in the heart of the city, close to all major atractions, squares, restaurants, churches, museums etc...We stayed in the room, and it was quiet, clean and comfortable, definitelly best bang for your buck. We also enjoyed the Tinel restaurant nearby and had a nice mediteranean dinner as well as an excellent house wine. I would deffinitely reccomend Tinel rooms to anyone looking to visit Zadar!

Room Tip: This is a newly renovated property and everything is working well.

We have just returned from a weekend in Zadar and stayed at the Tinel Rooms. The accomodation is just what it says it is... rooms. They are two rooms and one small apartment. We stayed in the rooms. The room was clean, cool and of a good size. There was wifi access and a fridge. They provide bed linen and towels. There is no kettle which would have been an added bonus.

Zadar Old Town is a no car zone. We had a car and arrived late in the evening so found some parking overnight and then moved the car the following morning. There are a number of free car parks located within walking distance from the Old Town which worked out perfectly.

The location of this accommodation is perfect. Right in the centre of everything without being too noisy.

The only issue we had, which was quickly resolved was upon check out when we were advised that we had to pay in cash - we had not been informed of this in advance and assumed that it would be put on the credit card we booked with. This was an inconvenience as we had concerns that we would not be able to withdraw the required amount of cash.
