We stayed here in June and cant fault the hotel. From the moment our taxi pulled up, we were greeted by the porters and our bags taken. The hotel is at the end of a hilltop on the corner of the island so the views are stunning. The Reception is large, modern and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is used a lot for conferences, so the rooms are very well kept, a reasonable size and modern, nicely decorated (Scandi style). We were told all the rooms are twin's, so the beds are pushed together, however when i asked in reception they quickly offered a double mattress which was done immediately. The bathrooms are also modern with all amenities (including a proper hairdryer!!!).

We were B&B, and the Breakfast was Buffet with a good selection, fresh and clean. You could also sit outside overlooking the sea.

You can buy bus tickets in the hotel and the bus starts from the hotel and is every 15 minutes which is great and takes you into the Old Town in about 15 mins - very simple and cheap. You can walk from the hotel down into a small village in about 10 minutes where there are lots of lovely restaurants and tourist info/pubs and bars. We loved the location.

The pool/area is beautiful, no beach but rocky - the hotel is built into the side of a hill-top so is very pretty.

We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as that was pricey and there are so many options in Dubrovnik.

Very comfortable modern hotel. Room abit tight when using sofa bed for 3rd adult. Restaurants excellent. Service very good. Indoor pool and spa area lovely alternative to outdoor pools. Stunning views. Lovely local village for restaurants and bars. Excellent local bus outside the front door every 15 minutes to stunning Old Town of Dubrovnik. Would go back.

Stayed here at the start of the season just after it was refurbished. The reception area and the bar have a great view open to the west so you can watch the sunset from here or from the terrace next to the hotel pool really great!

Inside the hotel area is clean with minimalistic interior. On the down side they serve average food, overpriced drinks and have very rude staff with no clue of what customer service is, let alone 5*. Especially the staff in the reception and the reception bar. Sad!

We have just returned from a weeks family holiday at this hotel, really didn't want to leave. To find a hotel and destination that suits a 14 year old and a 2 year old is not easy but this place ticked all the boxes. Friendly staff , fantastic breakfasts, happy to cook off menu for the children in the restaurants. Local bus into the old city couldn't have been easier or more frequent. We also spent a few evenings down the hill ( a 10 minute walk) around the bay. Casa restaurant fish platter not to be missed. Bigger boys also really loved the jeep safari at the top of the cable car.
