We've enjoyed our stay in Neptun. Hotel is newly renovated and very clean and cosy. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and choice of foodn was pretty good. The see view is great, but you have to pay extra to get one. Stuff is plesent and polite.

This hotel located about 4 km from center old Dubrovnik. The view from the balcony was amazing. It is a good place to stay. And we've had breakfast on the terrace with a magnificent sea views. Unfortunately we didn't have a luck with a good restaurants in neighborhoods or in the old city, but one was very very good : Konavolski Dvori, located about 29 km from Dubrovnik.

I understand that the Neptun hotel in Dubrovnik was opened 2 months ago sometimes in February 2016. Hence, besides the hotel room which I stayed for 2 nights, I also enjoyed all the new facilities in this hotel, like the indoor swimming pool and the restaurant. However I was quite disappointed with the gym equipment as they seemed to be used for many years which did not match with the new hotel. I hope that the hotel management could look into renewing the old gym equipment. Thank you.

Can't fault this hotel. Our twin/double room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom looked brand new. Towels, bathrobes, slippers. The views were breathtaking. The staff were ever so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast spread was amazing, so much variety. You could almost stuff yourself for the whole day. Loved breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea. Just 5 mins walk to the bus stop and you can get bus tickets cheaper at the hotel. I could go on and on about this hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is on a pretty big property with many things to do but the actual hotel its self is huge. The breakfast is so big and has probably a million items on the buffet. The pools are nice they are very spacious and there are 2 outside and 1 HEATED one inside which is inside the area where the gym and sauna is. The rooms are probably the biggest I have seen a standard room is like a suite in some hotels around the world this also shows that this hotel is very good. The bathrooms in the room are cleaner than your homes literally ! . The location is not ear the old town so you have to get a bus there . The bus stop is about a 2 minute walk. Or you can drive 10 mins but the old town is EXTREMELY BUSY you will find no parking!!! . The people who work here are very friendly and warm and understanding . If I could go back to Europe soon this would definitely be on my list of places to stay at .

Room tip: The wifi you can access anywhere in the hotel including your room with no password you also don't pay
