Received arrival instructions from port via text message, very helpful as buses & taxis cannot enter Dubrovnik old town so you'll need to find your way here from one of the main gates.
We texted Petra on arrival and she arrived approx 5 mins later, giving us lots of interesting ideas and helpful suggestions. Our apartment was on the second floor of a historic building in very central location, easy to come and go from without losing sightseeing time. There's no lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. Being close to the main street/square there was a lot of nighttime noise in peak season, so not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Spacious, clean and well equipped with kitchenette & washing machine.

Only have positive words to say about Petra and her accommodation. The location is in Stradun of Old Town which is where you want to be. Petra as a host was perfect, all local info provided and very responsive when needed. Only weakness which wasn't even that much of an issue was the bed, which was two singles placed together which made it hard at times to sleep. Otherwise really great!!

Great location, in an alley one minute from the church, in the middle of Old Town.
I stayed in apartment number 4, named Francesco, which is actually in the attic of the building. The flat is simple, spacious and very well equipped, with everything we need. The downside is the two floors of stairs. And when you enter in the flat you have more stairs. The noise didn´t bother me, but be aware that the window does not seal the noise, you will hear the cathedral bell all night long .
The owner, Petra , is extremely professional and efficient. Helped with the bag, gave precious tips and kept in touch all the time, and makes us feel at home.

We stayed two nights and we very pleased to have picked this accommodation. We had room no 4 which was a loft apartment - clean and had everything we needed. A couple of roof windows to get a peek over rooftops but no real outlook or view. This was not necessary since we were out and about all day. Petra gave us a great briefing on arrival of all the things we should do in Dubrovnik. We loved the location right in the heart of the Old City - it could not have been better.

During the first night i sensed I heard the bells toll every hour but you get used to it and my husband slept through it !

The soundproofing between neighbouring apartments is not great.

Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Apartments were clean, spacious with great view. We stayed here for four nights. Petra was very friendly, gave great tips on sights, places of interest etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend these apartments.
