“Excellent”
The apartment has good location: green market, supermarkets, clothes market, Riva (seaside promenade) are very close. Beach is in walkable distance. Very nicely and artistically decorated. Everything you need to live there. No hot morning sun, but at the same time good terrace-courtyard for taking sun, eat outside and relax away from sun. No too warm during high temperatures outside, apartment stayes cool enough.
