Beware the hotel is under renovation. The lobby and breakfast areas are not usable. One follows signs to check in. The staff was unable to provide any guidance in terms of how to get to one’s room. There was no breakfast area. Some food was set out in the same check-in area and one needed to carry this out and take back to one’s room. We finally figured out that it was easier to walk outside since the closest internal elevator couldn’t be reached (the lobby was under construction). We got lucky and found a luggage cart when we checked in. These kinds of items are usually found in a lobby! The room was recently renovated and quite ok. There was no guide for the tv stations and other such details. We were hugely displeased. And the room rate was high for an “under construction” inconvenience. Too bad we didn’t know in advance.

This is truly a hotel to stay away from. We had the misfortune of making a 5 day reservation with this hotel. The hotel is aged and VERY noisey. The hallways were very noisey with large gaps under the doors to the room. Every night and morning, we heard the people above us walking on the floors like a family of pachyderms. The beds were uncomfortable the heating and air system sounded like a 747 was taking off next to the bed. I am really not sure how they have the ratings they have...

This hotel was spotless, comfortable and had exceptional customer service. Rebecca, the front desk supervisor, was extremely professional as she tried to help accommodate guests in an oversold situation. She upgraded us to a one bedroom given that our original room type was sold out. She even made time to come personally to our room door to bring me coffee when I realized we only had decaf. Breakfast was basic but everything was tidy and well stocked. I would certainly highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the general vicinity.
