I have been staying at this hotel for the last ten years, i stayed there last night(i had a reservation for ten days) and left this morning. I met the new manager who did not respect the room rate that i was promised, he was rude , arrogant and had a chip on his shoulder! The bed was lumpy and not up to standard, the toilet seat missing a cover which showed the accumilated dirt!
The only good thing is the staff that is attentive, and the hotel has a great breakfast!
Beware of the new manager, who is really very unhelpful!
Btw , i moved to the las americas hotel it is good , will follow up with a review at the end of my stay.

I would like to express my gratitude to Radisson for an enjoyable stay. Everyone was cordial, professional and always aimed to please, meeting every need of a guest. After a lengthy time away for Panama, it was truly gratifying stay in a hotel that made me feel at home. Special thank you to Amir Frances and all the support staff at the main lobby entrance who greeted us always with a smile and a willingness to assist us in all matters. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of Panama. Special thanks to Aileen, Nicky Lidsky, Arelys, Keyla and the Maitred D at Breakfast Service who greeted us with such warmth and took care of our every need. Everyone at Breakfast was wonderful, thank you for taking care of us with such dedication. Special thanks to Rosana @ the business center for her warmth, ready smile and willingness to guide us in navigating the streets and shores of Panama. Kudos to our room attendant Azul who ensured that our room was spotless and just fabulous. On behalf of the Burnett Family, A warm thank you and see you soon. We will definitely return.

Room tip: Higher Floors have the best views.

I stayed at the Radisson Decapolis for three nights on business.

Check-in: Front desk staff very friendly and efficient

Room: The room was clean and minimally furnished. The beds were comfortable and there was a small desk to do work. Two closets with a safe, iron/ironing board and enough hangers. The bathroom had a tub/shower and toilet (which was in the bathroom) and the sink/ dressing area was a decent size. My only complaint about the room was that my sink was clogged and drained really slow. I never bothered to call.
My room was on the 27th floor. The elevators were pretty quick.

Location: Located in the downtown area with a walkway to the mall. Easy to catch a taxi but make sure that they don't overcharge you.

Restaurants: Breakfast was included for me. Nice buffet with a made to order juice bar. Big selection of food

Business: Conference center was adequate.

Overall a great stay at the Radisson Decapolis!
