in one day... so interesting. more than 10 exhibitions rooms. All about culture, land, animals, vegetation, etc. So much fun. Unique pieces of ancient history and science of 19 century. Deserves you day!

Liked the interior of the museum, really beautiful, the building itself differs much from the usual architecture in Chisinau, so worth going there!

This country has messed-up history (quite interesting also). You would probably not dare to compare this museum with some of the others in the US or Europe but it would work as a great "intro" into the Romanian history/culture as well as the Moldovan mentality. You would regret if you miss it, esp if you think about the fee:)

Once a great collection of historical and natural artifacts, now just a big museum with a lot of old stuff, National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History still remains the greatest indicator of what the little country is like and what natural beauties are in its possession.

This is one of the better museums in Chisinau - lots of old historical relics and a place that really tells a story. Plus, the wee old ladies who work there are so friendly and smiley. Definitely a place to learn more about Moldova
