While the property was perfect for location, for anyone traveling to Machu Picchu it is important to be able to trust the hotel that is holding your luggage when you head up for the day. We found out the morning of Check Out there is no one at the front desk and the gentlemen who took our luggage to store it for the day did not speak English. When we returned after our tour of Machu Picchu - we were astounded to find out their team had gone through our luggage and attempted to access our computers until they finally were locked out by security for failed sign in attempts and drained the batteries. This has not happened to us in years when travelling especially when we are paying these types of prices for this property.
