Good location in Ollantaytambo.
No service at all, the guy at the reception doesn’t speak English; don’t except him to help you find your room.
Very loud rooms; you can hear people talks from outside and the hotel employees don’t pay attention at all; moreover they’re making the worst noises. Plus there is a permanent noise coming from you don’t where...if you want to rest and relax avoid this place despite the charming patio...

We stayed here for one night but wished we could have stayed for more. A lovely hotel with friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Location is perfect just near the square with its restaurants and shops. Also close to the market and the fascinating archaeological site. An absolute treat to stay here!

This is a great hotel/Inn located in old town Ollantaytambo. It has massive stone walls that are actually Inca built. It's a very comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. We had one of the larger rooms that did have one problem: We could easily hear everything that was going on in the adjacent room. They need to sound proof the wall between these two rooms.

Room Tip: Iavoid the large rooms because of noise problems

It is already couple years ago when I visited this hotel (2013), but it is unforgettable experience, in a nice way. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, very nice building, breakfast at 5am if you need it, just great!!! And for very good price as I remember.

Pretty decent place. Rooms have wood floors and has too many windows. Make sure to close the curtains all the way . Bathroom is clean but the shower curtain was worn out and torn. The hotel is very close to the market for souvenirs and very close to the Ollyantaytambo monument (<5mins).
