Very cool hike at the top of Machu Picchu to get to the Inca bridge, not well traveled with some incredible views and beautiful scenery and birds. It was a nice little diversion from MP and the bridge is a very cool thing to see--I was happy it was not walk-able at the time as I am sure my son would have made me cross!! Whew!

Its a wonder how this bridge could have been build. The walk to the bridge is bit scary. It's safe to walk as long as you are paying attention. The walk is easy. But watch out of upcoming folks. Definitely a must see place. You can't actually walk on the bridge due to damages.

This is a very pleasant walk as you are touring Machu Picchu. The views are amazing. It truly exemplifies the skill of the Incas in building trails through the mountains. Most of us on this walk could not believe what we were looking at when we got to the Inca Bridge. Well worth the side trip.

Very good hike for the ones not trained and that cannot do the Moon Gate on the other side. I liked that there's a security checkpoint where they have you log your entry so they can keep track of all visitors and avoid people getting lost or hurt.
Not really dangerous.
It would be useful to have some boards with description if you don't have a guide for this small attraction

The Inca bridge is closed off but this walk is about the journey not the destination!....... the walk to it is an enjoyable stroll away from the madding crowds on the citadel. It’s narrow in a few places and has an area with no edge and a drop off a cliff but unless you are afraid of heights or cliff edges it’s an easy stroll. There is no fee or tickets needed. You just sign in and out at a kiosk as a safety precaution I assume so that they notice if you don’t return.
