Renowned chef Gastón Acurio has left his mark on the Chinese-Peruvian fusion cuisine here. The sly puns provide a humorous twist to the names of the dishes, but there is nothing casual about the way they put their offerings together. Top quality; somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for. Portions are very generous; don't make the mistake of ordering one dish for one person. The fried rice has no equal I've been able to find anywhere.
The only negative to the experience are the consistently long wait times for the food.
Well worth the visit.
