The staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped to arrange for taxis and tours. We loved all of the traditional furniture. The breakfast and location were good. We had a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

A lot to say - our stay- including many in country explorations- was heaven upon our return. Classic home inside a mansion that has been wonderfully appointed for a great stay. - many thanks and gratitude to Mia, Natalia,( great hosts) Valeria( Restaurant service was exceptional) and Clara ( boy can she create great cuisine experiences).
The whole experience was worth interacting to a new country experience to us. Highly, recommended.

This hotel was a great find! We were warmly welcomed the second we arrived and were quickly checked-in and shown to our room. The room was a generous size with comfortable beds and we had a beautiful rooftop deck just outside our door. Everything was clean and well kept. The hotel occupies an old colonial mansion which gives the entire property so much charm and character. From the sitting rooms on the lobby level to the decor throughout, the whole place feels like a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Lima.

In the traffic of downtown Lima, the hotel is about a 45 minute drive from the airport. They were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us and the gentleman was ready and waiting as soon as we arrived. He also made sure to check with us about our flight out of Lima and we scheduled our ride back to the airport with him. For our departure, he was prompt and deftly navigated through the traffic to get us to the airport as swiftly as possible.

With only two days in Lima, we chose one day to brave the traffic and explore Lima Centro and our second day to explore Barranco and Miraflores. The hotel is perfectly located for a beautiful walk up and down the coastline, along the water, to visit both these more suburban neighborhoods.

The included breakfast was plentiful and served in the stunningly decorated on-site restaurant. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs, chicharron, pastries, and more to choose from. We also enjoyed burgers from the restaurant up on our shared rooftop deck in the evening. The burgers were juicy, well-cooked, and delicious.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone - especially if you're looking to stay someplace a bit quieter than downtown Lima. We loved our experience and so appreciate the care and kindness of every staff member we encountered.

The hotel is very clean and well kept up. The help staff is spot on. Also the location is great. It is about a six block walk to the ocean to the west and about the same to Kennedy Park to the east. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from in the Kennedy Park area. If you're sensitive to noise don't take a room on the first floor in the back by the restaurant. I had to move my room because of the clamor that emanated from the nearby hotel restaurant. Also they were remodeling and the constant din of drills and hammers was very obnoxious. They work 6 days a week in Peru until six in the evening so it was constant all day. There were no good times to be on the Internet, but several bad times which was most of the day. Very slow and at times almost impossible to connect. If you're a fan of anything that requires large amounts of data like YouTube or anything video related you are going to be sorely disappointed. For what it's worth my experience in South America is that it's very difficult to get good Internet connection, but this was particularly poor.I feel bad giving this kind of review because some of the stuff that affected my time here such as my initial room assignment and the construction is simply a matter of bad timing. But since we live in a connected world I believe the unbearably slow Internet connection it's something that can't be overlooked. If Internet is not important to you overall this is a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the back of the hotel near the the restaurant if you are sensitive to noise.

Thank you for your review! We are glad you found the help staff to be spot on, we love to hear our guests are well taken care of by our staff. We do apologize for the internet connection, but as you mentioned, the connectivity in general in Peru is not great. You may try using the internet, whether it be on your personal device or one of our free guest computers, in off-peak hours to help with the speed. We do hope you come stay with us again!

We checked in and were welcomed heartily, the rooms were clean and with the good location we were able to have a great time in Lima.
We liked the balcony and roof deck to relax with one of their great Pisco sours

Room Tip: If you want a double bed be sure to ask for it
