Considering the great location, the price can't be beat. Other than that, you get what you pay for. We stayed in a triple room over three nights. The beds were fine, but the bathroom was very moldy, with the door that could not be closed. Not locked--it couldn't be closed. No matter how hard you try, the for would stay at least 4-5 inches ajar. We told the grind desk lady, who was quite surprised to see that. I find it hard to believe that we were the first ones to complain. Thankfully, the door got fixed on the second day.

The breakfast is mediocre at best, with lukewarm scrambled eggs that would disappear in 5 minutes. Small plates of ham and cheese, but an abundant selection of olives. There was a large potable water dispenser in the breakfast area, but the water tasted really weird.

On the plus side, there's an excellent Peruvian restaurant next door, El Veridico de Fidel. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are huge, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's very popular with the locals. Definitely worth going there for lunch.

Miraflores used to be full of these charming 1920s structures, many of them Art Deco and Spanish Colonial Revival and then the 80s struck. So there are giant anonymous towers among the older houses as well as some contemporary sophisticated buildings. It's among this mixed bag that this little hotel is located. Easy walk to Mallecon, shopping, restaurants. Rooms are average, a little musty and moldy and could be cleaner (again I found some hair, this time in the bathroom) but all in all it is a good deal.

Property is a nice, old colonial home in a great location. Spartan decor but everything immaculately clean. Quiet. Good hard bed. Nice shower. GREAT towels! TV and refrigerator. Very large breakfast. Will stay there again!

This is a very nice place to stay if you're going to Miraflores district in Lima. It has a gret location and it's close to many great places to visit such as Parks, shopping malls, etc. The Hotel is very nice, their employees are very kind and helpfull. The rooms are very nice, though they have to work in some details to improve the comfort of their guests, such as WiFi signal in the rooms, some door locks with issues, etc. The included breakfast is great with a lot of choices. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet and nice place to stay at a good price.

Lima is a city of many highlights - culture, nightlife, & great food to name a few. Our hotel was in a convenient location & very secure. Their patio & brunch added to the ambiance. Saw the Plaza Mayor, Larco Museum, beaches in Miraflores, & tried all the local fare including ceviche, Pisco sours, and specialty desserts.
