It's rare to find a really 'new' restaurant, but Dondoh is amazing - a brilliant fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. I went for the Avocado Bravas followed by the Lomo, my wife had the Tempura Octopus followed by the Black Cod - actually we shared everything including some spicy edamame beans. The cocktails we amazing too. Thoroughly recommended in a smart area of Lima.
