Very Simple:30 min in bringing the food, we asked for french fries(appetizer) and Hamburgers, they bringed all together... the french fries was ok, the Hamburger was salty and the quality of the ingredients very bad. 2/5 only because they had Mario on their playzone.

Excelent food but it took forever. If you go during winter DO NOT get a table on the patio. It has barely one heater which doesn't make any difference.
I wonder why they don't buy three o four heaters to make it a comfortable place.

Went to Fuente La Reina for lunch with wife. Expected fast service and good food. Neither happened! Food arrived after lengthy 25 minute wait and several complaints to waiter. "Filete a lo pobre" was served overcooked with a cut that was not prime fillet, and undercooked fried eggs. Food was returned uneaten to kitchen and a sandwich requested. Sandwich with average ingredients and poor presentation.

Excellent Kuntsmann beer.
Coffee was some black beverage with a burnt, acrid foul smell. Do not order coffee.

An overall poor experience in a lively venue that could be more.

This restaurant started as a old house modified and has now become the most popular family and sports restaurant and coffee shop in La Reina.
The Hamburgers are huge and super tasty with hand made patties. I love the names of the burgers, try the Michelle Bachelette burger which has all in it that makes you fat. (only one). The pizzas are also great and my final favourite is the La Reina Chips which are french fries covered in sliced steak, cheese sauce, onions and bacon.
For milkshakes, you go to the ice cream parlour and they will make a milkshake with whatever flavour you choose.
It's comfortable, warm and the service is good. Bring the kids, they have a play area.

Came here for lunch at around 3pm and it had a good number of people eating. The place is busy.
The menu is extensive with many different kinds of food. I had the Churrasco with avocado, tomato, and mayo. Delicious. I had the "normal" size and it was huge. Definitely getting the smaller one next time.
They have a great selection of Chilean beers on tap.
Prices are reasonable and the service is great.
Free internet access as well.
