Excellent hotel conveniently located close to town. Spacious room, very clean. Excellent breakfasts and very helpful staff. Great value for money. Staff all spoke English and went out of their way to help with our phone difficulties.

We had a couple of days stop over in Santiago and found this gem of a little hotel with courtyard and rooftop garden right in the Centre walking distance to all major sites. But what made our stay so special we're the wonderful staff who were ever so helpful. Thanks to you all.

We stayed three nights here at Hotel Loreto in December 2016. The hotel is in a great location in the bohemian Bellavista neighbourhood - you're within walking distance of sights and great restaurants. Our room was on the small side as is common in large cities. The staff were helpful orienting us around the city. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing to explore the nightlife in Santiago as there are many bars and clubs in this neighbourhood.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the main staircase as it can be noisy when others open and close the door.

We loved this hotel. Our room was very spacious and quiet, with a balcony. All rooms have windows into an internal garden I think. The breakfast was great. We loved the variety (fresh raspberry juice every morning! variety of fresh fruits). The hotel is not very large, and feels very peaceful. The staff is exceptional! Very attentive, very caring. We felt very safe. The price was very reasonable, too. The location is convenient to many major attractions. We are very happy that we chose this place.

Room Tip: Ask for second or third floor to have a balcony

Close to museums & also to bars and restaurants in the very busy and often noisy Bellavista neighborhood, but hotel is very quiet. Balconies are a treat- small but add so much to the room. Lots of common space- inside, on patio and on rooftop. Espresso Bar in lobby is a nice touch. Staff are excellent- can't do enough for you.

Room Tip: most rooms have balconies. Ones on third floor have lots of sun, second floor very little.
