The double western style room was clean, with the sink in the room and clean en-suite shower/toilet. There were small bedside tables; a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities along with bottles of water that were replaced daily. There was a small stool and TV, with a makeshift clothes hanger above the fridge made from some railing. The main problem with this hotel was the amount of street noise that could be heard from the room. The windows seemed to have gaps in them, but were locked and it was almost as if there were no windows at all. Also the lift had no Inner door, but had sensors so it would stop if you went near where a door usually is.
This hotel also has A/C and free Wi-Fi, but no restaurant or Breakfast, but the price was good.
The hotel is located on the edge of Little India and is easily within 10 minutes walk of the Bugis MRT station, therefore making it easy and cheap to reach using MRT from the airport. The MRT was also useful for getting around the city.
Although no food was available at the hotel, there was a small 24 hour convenience store across the road and many bars/cafes/restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
At the time we stayed (February 2012) there was construction works going on approximately 100 metres of the hotel.
