Family trip checked in to a nice and comforable room. Service is even better!

Great Service

Comfortable and clean room with great service from the front desk. Assisted by staff Jason. Was really polite and friendly. Willing to help us by guiding us the direction even thou i came early morning at 7am! Professional and good service

Will definitely stay again

Two over night stays travelling to & from Europe from Australia. We stayed in a Triple Room, rooms are compact but very comfortable, free wi-fi works well, air-con efficient, bottled water in fridge, bathroom also compact but clean. Staff very friendly and happy to assist, easy check-in and check-out. As one flight was much later in the day we were able to store our luggage and use the common area near the pool which included a toilet & shower after checkout. On second visit we arrived very early in the morning & were able to access our room early (7am) by paying an additional $30 fee (very worth it after a long flight)
Hotel is next door to MRT station. Great location and we felt very safe walking around the area at any time of the day.
Worth noting a fabulous 24 hour eatery a few minutes away Al Jilani - great food & very inexpensive and if you are looking for local breakfast (apart from the hotel) there are some Kaya Toast chains a few minutes away also.
Will definitely stay again when in Singapore.

Very tiny room but convenience and courteous staff.

The room is very small even it is difficult to put 2 small luggage bags. Difficult to move around in the room. We go out most of the and back to sleep only. Room is clean and well maintained.
Staff are very good and helpful when we do some enquiries or ask them to call taxi for us.
The MTR (bencoolen) is located below the hotel and it is very conveniece to travel about. There another MRT station (Bras Basah) nearby. Both stations can go to most of the tourists sites. There are a lot of food stall (st Albert centre) behind Ibis hotel a short walking distance away. You can also China town food court only 2 MRT stops from Bencoolen Station.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay. Amazing clean room amazing staff working here, checked in by Jason. Very good service. Everyone here is very polite as well
