being a hotelier myself i really understand the needs of a guest .As im working for Marriott international i dont expect it to be marriott type.
but a little bit of attention on the guest needs can improve your hotel .
the owner a chinese lady is very good and ver polite .
the girl name Natasha is very rude and really cant handle the reception .
