“Loved the rooftop”
Reviewed 9 August 2012

We stayed here after 6 months of hostels and $10 guesthouses, so it was wonderful to experience some serious luxury for 24hours. The hotel and staff are both really relaxed, so we felt completely at home despite turning up in scruffy clothes with bike panniers. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded - a great surprise. Our room was spacious, really clean and with the most comfortable bed I've had in 6 months. Breakfast was great, but the highlight for us was the rooftop infinity pool - a great place to have night time drinks or sunbathe while overlooking skyscrapers. All in all a great choice if you're looking for a boutique hotel in a great central location. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I stayed here for three days on our way back from Thailand. It is an outstanding boutique hotel. The staff are easily the best I have ever experienced. The rooms are lovely, and the position is ideal too and amazing beds. But the thing that makes it is the staff. It is seriously like having your own personal assistant travelling with you. Well three or four actually. We were totally blown away.

I used to love this hotel and it has only been 18 months since my last visit, so I was shocked to find a few things had slipped. Firstly, reception only offers ice water now upon check in (champagne no longer the go; obviously cost cutting). In room safe was not working - no batteries; bathroom globe needed replacing; shower tiles needed a good clean as well as the toilet. Water stain marks etc were too noticeable.
Staff were still friendly and tried their hardest to please you - which one expects these days.
Windows needed a good clean.
Breakfast is still good and the partition is a great idea.
I still love this hotel but for what is being charged, next time it maybe MBS.

This small and stylish hotel was perfect for a short stay - very comfortable rooms and beautifully appointed bathroom with full sized bath. The service was great and the breakfast provided, although pretty basic, was fresh and plentiful. I liked the small, boutique feel of the hotel and the attention to detail in the rooms - quality additions, Nespresso machine etc.

During our stay, we did find that not one taxi driver knew where the hotel was, so don't leave the place without a business card in case you get lost - apparently it used to be called something else, which could explain the confusion. Staff are friendly and welcoming, housekeeping efficient and the rooms are pristine. Super comfortable beds, great shower pressure and quality toiletries. Recommended.

Stayed at Naumi in July 2012. We arrived quite late, and the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging transport from the airport for a reasonable fee. Upon arrival, greeted by name and with champagne. Room was a balcony suite, bed was super-comfy, and space great. Breakfast buffet included with room was solid, not spectacular.

Don't forget the awesome views at sunset in the rooftop pool!

Room Tip: Balcony suites only have a little outdoor space, so would NOT recommend.
