For the standard room: you can only go in the room in single file, its that narrow. The showerhead is over the toilet. Only one side of the bed is accesible, other 3 sides are hemmed in by the walls, and its a regular double bed so...yes... very tiny room, the tiniest room i have been in.

For EUR 80 its pricey. but singapore is pricey.

We were upgraded to a better room: much nicer and more spacious with nice skylight but no windows.

If you ever want to sleep, do not select this hotel.
There is now some kind of construction going on on Mosque street. and the engineering truck is stopping right outside of the hotel. It started humming and clicking at 11pm last night. It went on and on over night.

Many of the hotel rooms in Singapore are on the small side. This hotel, however, takes "small" to a whole new level, mostly because of the poorly designed floor plan. The shower head (rainfall design, at least) was practically over top of the toilet; I've never seen anything quite like it before. Strangely, the sink area was bigger than the toilet/shower combo. I couldn't make this stuff up.

Aside from the bathroom facilities, the room had a dank, unclean feel to it. I was originally going to order some food to the hotel for dinner, but quickly changed my mind and decided to eat out after seeing the room. The worst part though, was yet to come. In addition to a poorly designed shower, the hotel also has paper thin walls. I was awoken at 1:00 am and kept awake for an hour by some noisy guests in the room next door (and I'm not a light sleeper).

Granted, the hotel is in a decent location next to the Chinatown MRT station and includes free WIFI. Do yourself a favor though, and spend $20 more a night to stay somewhere where your toilet paper won't be wet after you take a shower. I would stay here again if it were the last hotel available in SIngapore and the alternative was to sleep on the street.
