This place looks great, modern but the reality is much different. It smells, the rooms are small, some even have no windows. The staff is nice and friendly but I think I got sick after staying here. The bathroom and the toilet on in the same space which (not to be snobby) I hate. The only way I would recommend this place is if you aren't spending much time here and need a place to store your bags.

Room Tip: You must, must must look at the room first.

Actually the owners try quite hard to make your stay good value for money, they have a free mini bar and also free drinks in the lobby at 5pm to 7pm
This is a building conversion so don't expect to much. The rooms are very compact but have all you need, they are very clean and have all the amenities you need, I wouldn't recommend a long stay at this hotel but it's ok for two or three nights. The location is convenient in little India for shopping or authentic Indian food. My opinion is that I would have preferred to spend a little more and be in the orchard area.

Room Tip: It's a very quiet and peaceful nights sleep

Great hotel and loved everything about it.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great location, walking distance to cool bars, restaurants and MRT train stations.

The rooms are small but what are you really wanting to do in there? The layout is funky, new and clean, complimentary mini bar, safe, slippers, English TV and a very funky bathroom. I was so excited when I say the room for the first time.

Complimentary breakfast is included and has everything and don't forget happy hour with 5 free cocktails!

I think having a window means we got a smaller room but we still loved it. Staff were really helpful and Little India was a blast.

Some people have said that the area is dodgy but i would rather walk around Little India than the dodgy streets of Melb CBD any day.

We would stay here again!

Room Tip: We booked a room without a window but emailed after the booking was confirmed and asked for a window...

Good location, near lots of local amenities, and surprisingly peaceful at night. Rooms are small and cramped, as other reviewers have noted. There is a little bit of desk to use, but no chair; you have to sit on the edge of the bed. Wifi internet is excellent, but unsecured. Aircon is reasonably controllable. Warning: standard rooms have no windows - you have to upgrade to deluxe to get a window. A big plus is that the price is all-inclusive, making it reasonable value for money overall. There are no facilities apart from the lounge. One funny little observation: the recorded voice in the lift is the most miserable I have ever heard; she sounds incredibly gloomy when she says "going down".

Room Tip: Pick a deluxe or better if you want a window.

Stayed there for 3 Nights during May 2012 ! The Hotel is brand new , very comfortable & clean bed sheet & pillows ! The rooms are very small , difficult to put your luggage in the room. You must climb on your bed to settle your luggage in suitcase due to size of the room. Except for the small size of room everything else was up to the standard! Bath area is good with all the essential accessories in it. The room has everything which you expect from a 4* standard Hotel. Complimentary Mini Bar is really a bonus & add luxury in our stay! The staff is excellent , Really helpful & ready to serve you all the time !! Breakfast is limited but they serve quality & healthy food! Evening cocktail is added advantage ! Overall I will definitely come back here!
