If you are an amateur of good bistrot style French cuisine, that is the place to go.
Forget about les Bouchons, wine connection etc, this is a great place to enjoy great food.
Home made specialties include duck rillettes, black pudding, pig head terrine, confit duck, shitterlings/andouillette, real French fries etc
Everything we had was delicious.
Sweets to die for, if you have some room left ...
Portions are generous, pricing is mid range reasonable.
The service was very good, discrete, pleasant and professional.

They might want to offer more wines by the glass though.

These guys will obviously become popular fast.

Great to see that Ex Petit salut and Bistro du sommelier chef Patrick is back in business at Atout. Teaming up with Jean-Philippe from Culina is a winning team :
Great loaction at dempsey , very nice set up inside and terrace, friendly and qualified service , with team members used to work with the Chef, friendly and warm atmosphere - and most important high quality of the food - chef’s handmade cold cuts are awesome - he is a true passionate on those type of charcuterie dishes ;main courses are delicious and very generous - we were 4 , we ordered 4 mains , we should have shared maybe 2 or 3 - no more room for dessert :(
Short but nice wine list at reasonable prices - glad to pay 68$ for a 2008 lalande de pomerol bottle in Singapore
Conclusion: a very happy experience, once again never disappointed by this Chef and his team - not cheap but fairly priced
2 aperitifs+4 starters charcuterie + 4 main courses + coffees+2 bottles of red wine ( 2008 lalande pomerol and 2010 barbaresco ) for 100$ each , it is truly worth it , for food, service , location and ambiance

Thank Marc L
