If you are an amateur of good bistrot style French cuisine, that is the place to go.
Forget about les Bouchons, wine connection etc, this is a great place to enjoy great food.
Home made specialties include duck rillettes, black pudding, pig head terrine, confit duck, shitterlings/andouillette, real French fries etc

Portions are generous, pricing is mid range reasonable.
The service was very good, discrete, pleasant and professional.
They might want to offer more wines by the glass though.
These guys will obviously become popular fast.
