Very nice hotel in resort world sentosa.Rooms were nicely done .Its very close to all happening places like sea aquarium ,universal studio,etc.Really enjoy our one day stay on 14 august 2016.Wifi for four hours was complimentary,nothing much for vegetarians in breakfast.Will definately reccomend to others.Overall satisfied.More

Upon arrival, the hotel lobby is full of tourist. The constant noise and buzz of the crowd is in no way fun when you're trying to check in. However, once check in to the room, we were impressed with the cleanliness and room size. We were glad that it has a sweet and modern style.
We were given a few complimentary monorail tickets where it leads us to a big shopping mall, Vivo.

Very warm and friendly hospitality and friendly staff from bellboy to front desk. Compliment valet parking. Discounted Universal Studio tickets for hotel guests. Very strategic location between hotel and other tourist attraction places. A must try for this hotel.

Big and spacious, good for family trip, hotel location near to universal studio and also the Sentosa Siloso beach.. For those who like to shop the luxury shop lane can satisfy your desire to shop, for family bonding the swimming pool will be a good place to start...

Stayed there for 3 days. The lobby/check in-out area was small and it was very crowded when we arrived.
- Room
We got deluxe room, my room (view facing other hotel) was smaller than the other one (view facing universal studio).
Carpet or Air-con must be dusty, we start sneezing the moment we're in the room.
Bathroom a bit smelly if Air-con switched off.
- Restaurant
We didn't try their breakfast but we had lunch at italian restaurant near lobby. Food was good.
- Service
Overall their staff quite friendly.

Perhaps for your next visit, you may wish to request in advance a preferred type/series of room that would better suit your preference or maybe you can consider our suite rooms which is definitely more spacious and more luxurious than the regular Deluxe rooms.
We would like to also apologize about the overall room condition which was not up to your expectations. We have highlighted your feedback on the air con , carpet and toilet condition and cleanliness to the relevant departments . This nice hotel is located on Sentosa island. I booked Deluxe Room. Checking in and out was smooth. The room is very spacious. Just few minutes of walking to Universal Studio Singapore. It is very convenient for me as I intended to visit the USS in this trip. Room facilities are good. However, the mini fridge was never working like it should. Bathroom is big with good amenities. Staffs and services are beyond expectation. Pool was peaceful and nice.
Access to the main island is convenient with Sentosa Express (monorail).
On a down side, this hotel is not giving complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. If you want to use it, you have to pay for it. In my opinion, the management should make a improvement here regarding the Wi-Fi internet in this era.
Recommended for those who wants to visit USS.
