Went to during the Christmas break after several years of going to El Nido and decided this time to stay at the Lind. We arrived just after the passing of the Christmas storm and the Lind had power from its generators for our 5 day stay. Some hotels were having regularly scheduled power outages given the island had no power when we were there.

The rooms were great and we had the pool room and the beach room. I would say the beach room is much better (it felt newer also compared to what we had for the pool room) and it was just so easy to go back and forth the room and the beach.

We hanged out by the each and the breakfast area pretty much the whole time and the staff were very attentive. At least compared to the other hotel we used to stay out, the Lind has a decent beachfront with several rows of beach beds compared to one or none for the other hotels. I would say we found most probably "our new home" in Boracay when we go back.

Me, my husband and our little wild son chose to stay at The Lind during the period of December 7th to 17th. I can say that the staff really took good care of us during the 10 days that we stayed.

Starting from the amazing free shuttle that made the ride from Caticlan to the hotel very comfortable since we have a little one with us.

When we arrived at the reception, Belle took really good care of us when checking in. She was also the one who helped us upgrading our room from Dec 14th to 17th so we could enjoy the sea view room, we had the garden room at first.

A big plus for us parents with small children was the free breakfast buffet, the chef was amazing and did dairy free food for my son who is allergic to milk protein, that was a big deal for us and we really appreciated it. Also the staff during breakfast was amazing and kind to us and our son, who ran around and was crazy all the time, they had so much patience towards him.

During lunch time, Gilbert took good care of us when we relaxed by the sunbeds serving us good drinks.

At dinner time, the amazing waiter Richard Ariñez took such good care of us every night.
He really made our stay at the Lind and I appreciate his hard work. Hope to see him next time, he did an excellent job!

The hotel overall is very good, very clean and cozy rooms, and they might have the best location, the beach was so much cleaner than the rest of the island. Very private, which is a big plus. Although the promoters for island hopping outside on the beach are not trustworthy, so don’t go to them. Book it through the hotel agency instead.

We will definitely come back to The Lind, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at with great services!

Indeed, as a destination, we take great pride in our location at the edge of serene and luxe Station 1, White Beach. This is a quiet and safe place to indulge in the sun, the white sand and the pristine waters of Boracay. Our facilities are designed to bring an optimal level of fun for guests with little tykes: from a kiddie pool, a Kid's Club and a wide beachfront, parents and children have a variety of choices on how they want to bond and enjoy the tropical vibe of The Lind.

Thank you for giving a generous review on our food and beverage offers. We try our best to curate selections that are healthy, delicious and easily sourced.

I stayed at the Lind hotel from the 22nd December until the 6th of January. I generally don't write many reviews but I'm taking the time to do so and mention specific people who made my stay one of the best ever. I have never encountered better customer service than at this hotel. First of all the property is magnificent. The rooftop pool and daybeds give you the best view over the ocean. There is great food, great entertainment and a variety of pool to chill. Whilst I was there on the 25th December sadly an unexpected typhoon struck the island. The staff never lost their positivity or smile. The duty manager Lester David assisted me in tracing my family who had to re route their plans to the hotel and was relentless and patient. Within 2 days there was no sign of damage thanks to the swift action of the general manager Zsolt. The concierge staff Nica Laurente and Jen Villamor and especially Leo Quilarto were not only extremely friendly and efficient, in making proactive recommendations of things to do but also assisting with flight bookings and changes. I would go back in a heartbeat because the hotel was amazing but the people were even better. I highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to going back again someday.

Indeed, we can be credited for different things. Our location at the premier area of Station 1 on White Beach is perhaps the best place to soak up the serene island vibe of Boracay without isolating guests from the rest of the action of this fun tropical destination. Our facilities such as the infinity pool are well-designed to make guests feel truly at home and pampered.

However, as your review indicates, the key factor that creates a lasting impression is the warm, instinctive and seamless hospitality our staff render regardless of the weather. We would have wanted you to have a sunny and uneventful holiday but the typhoon, no doubt, affected your time with us. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The Lind's rooms could rank amongst 5-star resorts based on its furnishings and toiletries. Airport transfers were smooth and the staff were very helpful whenever we had requests. The hotel sits on Station 1 of boracay and has a wider expanse of beach compared to those on station 2. Although the breakfast offerings were very good, we noticed that bacon was excluded from the buffet. Overall, we enjoyed the rooms, service, convenience of airport transfers, and location. We're definitely staying in this hotel when we return.

Even so our stay was too short (2 nights) but we wished we could stay longer, very beautiful and unique hotel, very kind, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is rich with choices, the beach in front of the hotel is so amazingly clean and quiet, away from tourist crowd, very fun to swim in
Free shuttle from the hotel and back every 1 hour or less.
I very recommend to stay in The Lind :-)
