Our initial impressions of the White House  Beach Resort were great. There's a decent pool, a sufficient amount of sunbeds, friendly staff and a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. Sadly, this impression did not last long. We had booked a standard double room so we weren't  expecting views or anything fancy but we did not expect to be led out of the hotel, across a busy road and into a car park to find our room. There was no signage to indicate that this outback was part of the hotel and it is next to a noisy building site (?) which occasionally resulted in bits of woodchip and other materials landing on us as we crossed over to the main hotel. There is a friendly security guard who stops the traffic to help guests cross the busy road. The room itself is dated and the bathroom in particular is in dire need of an update. There was no wifi in the rooms as promised in the hotel description and wiifi in the reception area is tempremental. A light from outside shone directly into the room and the curtains did not help as they are not blackout. We also had issues with hot water which I reported to reception for the first 2 days but there was no improvement so I gave up and accepted the lukewarm water. The aircon was effective but had an unpleasant scent at times. We couldnt be upgraded as the hotel was fully booked. If you are considering staying then I would avoid the standard room and I would urge the hotel to make clear on the Agoda room description that these rooms are not actually in the main hotel to avoid such disappointment from other guests. The rooms in the main hotel looked petfectly acceptable and equally spacious but I can't say much else as I didn't actually stay in one of these rooms. Breakfast is okay but can be slow despite a pre-order with a specific time. Only 1 vegeterian option (pancakes) and staff were initially quite difficult about amending the set cooked breakfast to make it veggie-friendly. Main menu is okay but on the pricey side. The hotel is a 20minute walk from the main busier strip with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. White House is located on a much nicer stretch of beach than station 2 or 3 hotels but the sunloungers are fixed into position so not good for those who prefer to lay on their front! Settling the bill was frustrating as it took 4 attempts to get to the correct amount owed with mistakes such as tabs dated before we'd even checked in and totals incorrectly calculated. Despite all this, due to the great location and lovely bar staff I would stay again but only in a Deluxe + room.

Room 4/5 - could use some updating. Bed was quite soft and I kept sinking into the bed. Hot water and pressure was good and had all the necessities.

Food 4/5 - the complimentary breakfast was average and there are not many options available, however lunch was surprisingly good - we ordered the buffalo wings and Kim Chi Fried Rice which were both tasty. Great outdoor dining area on the beach.

Customer Service 5/5 - all the staff were very lovely and welcoming, particularly Reception who attended to our requests very quickly.

Location 5/5 - great quiet spot in Station 1 where you can swim in peace, without being trampled by hundreds of tourists. Only 15-20 minute stroll to D*mall and perfect for sunsets.

I dont like the sunbeds its S style so you can not turn lie down or side-lying while sunbathing, for breakfast there is a standart menu, like American, filipino style, choose just one kind of drink its not possible to mix and match...it would be better if there is a small open buffet like same style hotel’s. Rooms are large with the balcony, pool is like child size but there is great white beach in front of you, Burger is good.

White House Beach Resort is a good place to stay. The place is in the beach front.

We were able to get a room upgrade from a standard to a de luxe room. They serve ala cart breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definite be back at the this hotel.

Situated on the quieter stretch of station 1 with a nicer stretch of beach than stations 2 and 3.

Fairly small resort but nice beachside seating and bar area
We booked through Agoda and seemed we booked the Super Deluxe room.
Super spacious with huge balcony looking over the pool and beach.
Great bathroom. Awesome bed.
Friendly staff
