Beautiful chill place to hang out right next to beach. The food is excellent and beautifully prepared. Lots of shakes and coffee drinks to meet your whim, from simple to indulging to healthy and all so good.
The cocktails are simply THE BEST IN THE ISLAND. Bartender Glen is the man! Our family kept coming back for more. Looking forward to our next visit!

We visited Cafe Maruja almost ALL of our 10 days at Boracay. Their darrkkk roast coffee (my personal fave), cafe-classic and healthy dishes, charming ambiance & plating, and accommodating staff are the reasons why I’m giving them 5-stars.

- Aside from coffee, the menu items that kept us coming back were the Falafel Bowl, Pizzas, Green Detox Smoothie, Bananacai Smoothie, and Nutella Smoothie
- Special shout-out to our family’s fave bartender, Manong Glen! Our tip is to ask him for his personal drink creations, like the “Boracay Algae”! ;)

Located between station 2&3, Maruja is one of the best cafe and restaurants the island can offer. It has a wonderful view of the beach but you have to come early for the best seats. The food, ambience and drinks are all excellent. Standard fare is available but do try the buddha bowls and smoothies. The cocktails and coffee are very good as well.

Offering food and drinks suitable for all times of the day, Maruja is a great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Morning coffee or late night drinks as well.

Definitely one of the most scenic establishments with amazing quality of food. A must visit for any trip to Boracay!
