horrible staff service. Not all but majority. its like they pretend not to see you.
no telco service in rooms, no wifi in rooms either just in main dining area.
no service water in coco grill which is a hike up. apparantly no service water in other restos outside the main one. they serve warm beer and charge for ice.
lousy food. needs improvement. buffet breakfast menu could use help. buffet choice of longganiza sausage or sausage.
the roof on our room leaked and dripped on me when i was sleeping. had to move the whole bed. all they can say is they will check it. i wouldn't lie about this.

Room tip: the longer and higher the hike to the room the better the view (water view).

- greens everywhere
if you love nature, you will appreciate the resort
- the service family
the rooms are maintained clean, during bedtime, the mosquito net is already set
- nice huts (with view)
just ask for the room with view, but remember it is too tiring when your room is too high
- spacious bathroom
- number of activities
they have list of activities you can do around the resort
- free boating
this will take you to the long beach, its up to you if you will avail other activities from other boat men
- beach front

- you cannot swim in the sea in the afternoon (low tide, no place to swim)
- old, un-maintained pool
cracked tiles, dull colored pool
- above average menu
500 above for 2
- limited breakfast buffet choices
they serve cereals, breads, fruits, vegetable salad, egg, 2 viands, plain rice
- salty shower
you cannot feel clean because of the water. Also the soaps are not bubbling because of the water :D
- generator is powering off
it is too hot during our visit, around night i got awake because it is too hot. then i found out that there is no electricity. around afternoon, no power again. i think they are turning off the generator 3x a day. Note, the price of the hut is for an air conditioned room already. I also hope they provide abaniko fans as well.
- only soap, shampoo, bottled water is provided
no cotton buds, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no insect repellent (i saw some in other blogs)
- prioritization
we ordered ala carte we waited for more than 40 minutes and the reason is they are giving priority to the buffet dinner. yeah, we are hungry that time then I'll be hearing that? too unreasonable. tsk

Room tip: room 70 for deluxe

It's our second stay in Coco beach and we had really good experience on our first stay thus, we booked again this month. We had relaxed time and we can only hear was waves and talks in low voice from other groups.Food and service is still good. But now it is more noisy as having big groups also added to it. Other groups is playing music on the pool lounge. Imagine you are in between two lounge chairs playing different music (90s and party club music) and i hope the resort can take action to remind customers to use headphone and enjoy their own music.

The view is amazing. The silent pool is the best! They try to make you feel like a community by having a nearby house family take care of you. The water is pristine, but not much of a beach; but all the more reason to explore nearby areas which is part of the fun.

Room tip: The best rooms are at the top of the hill but you will probably get tired of climbing all the stairs to get to it.

I would not recommend people who, have been there before to go back for the paradise it once was, there is no more.
I was in June 2017, passing together with my family and friends 10 people in total. I had told them how delicious this place was
I have lived there about 15 times. I've always felt like a paradise. We arrive and are told we cannot enter and see the area due to new rules. We were only allowed to spend our money in the restaurant. But not use their facilities
I asked why you do not just have a fee on the use of the facilities. But was told there were new rules so we could not.
So we had to go again and found another place to swim and eat. All the staff knows me well and was sorry they could not let us in because of the new rules.
We found another place where you had to pay 100 pesos in the fee for use of the facilities
We ate and got something to drink spent about 6000 pesos + 600 pesos in fee, which could have gone to coco beach,
The money had probably been good, as there were only about 25 guests at the time we were there.
So to all of you who want to go back, I can only say that it's no paradise anymore because of the new rules,
It's not the staff but the management there has removed the “paradise” there
