We were so welcomed by front desk staff and security. The service provided is excellent.
We were given a rooms with large windows. And my girlfriend really liked the extra sofa in the room. Although the floor was a bit squeaky, we were satisfied with the room that given to us.
The food was quite tasty. There are western and local foods too, although the orange juice is disappointing (maybe it's just syrup not juice).
Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. But this is a very good and satisfactory hotel. We will be coming back.

We booked these hotel because it near to the airport and it was on promotion. However, their customer service was very terrible specially the one I talked with thru email "Monik" me and my friend arranged the tour thru them going to Borubudur sunrise package and all. To make things worst, we woke up at 3am, coz our schedule is 3.30am pick up time, no one showed up no driver, no Monik from reception area and we waited for so long until they found us a driver at 9am, can you imagine the length of time wasted. although some of staffs helped us but still not acceptable on what happened to our itinerary coz of no proper communication with them. We talked to the manager and he looked so lost and didn't care at all. It was frustrating as a tourist coz we only have limited time and it was ruined!

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience in regard of the tour arrangement, and I would like to Thank you for brings this matter up to our attention.
Allow me to remind the staff Monik that you have mentioned related the arrangement, and even though the provider of the tour did have vehicle problem yet we do apologize, since we do take part in connecting your needs with the tour operator. I do understand that your time is precious and during your vacation, both you and your friend would prefer all in nicely arrange and worry free, therefore once again our apology and allow me to review the tour operator, in order that such disappointment occur in the future.
Hopefully that you will still consider to stay with us again in the future, and rest assured your comments definitely help us more to gave the best services and products that we do commit to each of our guests.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great and various menu for breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. The location is close to the airport. The swimming pool is on the roof top and we can see the great view of Yogyakarta.

The rooftop is cozy. There is a pool at there and the water is very nice.
Good services from staff.
The food is nice.
Also there is fitness facility that you want to try.

Hotel location located in front of transmart (grocery and entertainment centre)

The staff are very friendly and courteous,the service is great.The breakfast is good and it has the traditional music while dining.I enjoyed my stay very much.They make sure all of my requests are met.The room is clean and comfortable.
