Thank you very much for your comments regarding your stay the Park Lane Hotel. We really appreciate your kind words on our facilities and service, feedback has always been and will continue to be greatly important for our success.
We regret not having met your expectations on your lost item. However, we found your comment is a little bit contradicted with what actually happened, as I believed we have replied your email request immediately that we were unable to locate your note book. Not to mentioned our Front Desk associate also have alerted you on this matter upon arrival on your second visit, November the 20th.
Although you didn't find out anything was missing while you were still here and we did not have a formal complaint during your first stay (This is the reason why we did not make any contacts in the first place), We do have made a thoroughly research on your book and we have gone over all the investigation procedures once more involving our associates that cleaned your room during your period of stay being interviewed. Regretfully, the book that you have mentioned has not been found nor turned to our Lost and Found Department.
Once again thank you for sharing your concerns with us and we hope that this situation does not change your perception of our hotel and that we will be seeing you again in the future.
