As an SPG platinum member I’ve stayed at a lot of Westins and SPG properties. The overall stay here was a disappointment from the elevators not working, below average customer service and many other small factors including the front desk not helping with currency exchange, giving lower level rooms even though as a platinum member and paying for a corner view to name a few.
The rooms are nice and had good Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was decent at the property.
The overall feel was just not there, should have stayed elsewhere in JakartaMore
