Reception was much more efficient this time because I had prepared photocopies of entry visas in advance. The restaurant offered a good choice and helpful service, although it could be improved by offering traditional menu cards as an alternative to the i-pads, which do not clearly indicate the wine list. The lifts are awkward to use because of the security card system, and they should clearly indicate that the lobby is on the third floor. The room was comfortable with excellent facilities.

We were there on business and arrived around midnight. Staff had already anticipated our arrival and had the paperwork basically completed. Room was large and well appointed. Very comfortable nights sleep, no plane noise. Breakfast was very well laid out, extensive selection and delicious. Staff at all levels were very attentive and helpful.

Room tip: A bit hard to find within the airport. Its on the third level, upstairs.

We had the pleasure of stay at this wonderful hotel but unfortunately only for one night. We stayed in room 702 which was a very big very nice and very very comfortable room. Two toilets, king bed, two lounges, two TV's and a huge bath. The service at the hotel is magnificent, the facilities are great, the buffet breakfast very nice and the cost very reasonable. We wished we had stayed longer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nanjing or in a short stay there it is definitely worth the effort.

Have stayed at this location on two occasions--August and December 2016. The rooms are spacious, and include a bathtub. The beds are quite firm (the way I like it). Restaurant buffet is expensive, but very good, as is the breakfast.
