Description: Ciao Chow is a casual open-kitchen Italian cafeteria that promotes lively interaction between our patrons and our chefs. A theater of sorts, where your meal is freshly prepared and your drink expertly poured in front of you at our pizza kitchen, chef’s kitchen and cocktail bar. From our communal tables, to our pick-and-choose antipasti platters, pastas and pizzas, everything at Ciao Chow fosters a convivial atmosphere where food is shared among family and friends. With a decidedly Italian touch, Ciao Chow’s interior features monolithic marble counter tops and terrazzo floors blended with an industrial feel of exposed concrete, copper piping and light fixtures. Within our large seating area, our chef’s table can fit up to 10 people to accommodate special requests and occasions. Our customers can be assured that all of the ingredients we use are of the highest quality and our cooking methods authentic. We do not cut costs for cheaper ingredients - period. Who would have thought that basic food ingredients could be so highly complicated? WE DO.

Ciao Cow is our usual eatery during week ends. Their carbonara pasta are just great (ask not spicy if you are with a kid). The pizzas are delicious. Great menu formula on week ends with huge choice and excellent quality products. Very friendly staff even if not always the most professional. We also often order from them on Deliveroo. There are very nice tables inside but open on the street with high chairs and other inside. Decoration is very good, simple and modern but with taste. Prices are not super cheap (we are in LKF) but a very good choice overall.

I celebrated my birthday here and have to compliment the service by James and the whole Ciao Chow team.
Reservation was simple, contact afterwards done over whatsapp and questions about the set menu and drinks answered any time.
Whilst the value for money is great we all were particularly impressed with the portion, the variety of the menu and the smooth service!
Given we were 17 people i was not expecting everything to be so smooth and it definitely was a memorable dinner!
Really great job and surpassed my expectations by far! Plus pizza, as many other reviews suggested, is really among best in HK!

Location: an open space with many tables close to each other that my get little bit overcrowded in the peak hours.
Service: not the best in town, my friend was talking with another table and the manager comes over to say not to do it. We were not drunk or annoying the other customers so that manager has been really unpolite.
Food: decent pizzas, not the best ion town thought
Bill: average price, 200-300 hkd each

Large busy very cavernous authentic Italian transplanted into LKF. Promising as two huge pizza ovens in back open kitchen with local and imported chefs flashy fitout with copper copper and more copper. Glass refrigerator cabinet hung with hams salami and cured meats promising.
Ordered pizza + pasta to share
Pizza with additions very good great base good topping truffle goats cheese added shrimp
Siciliano Pasta was good base but three whole shrimp and couple of clams not really worth the $$
ps pasta Siciliano tiny tapioca type balls
Go the traditional pasta for more substantial meal

Staff friendly and efficient but not overly welcoming and having too much fun talking in bar area
