Went to this place based on 5 star rating on Yelp. The restaurant is small but the seating is efficient. I ordered the black ramen soup. The taste was good, but the temperature was not hot enough. Best in HK according to Yelp? Perhaps not.

This place is amazing! If you are craving ramen noodles you must stop by. Beware, if you are very hungry prior to you arriving there is a good possibility of a line during certain times of the day. The wait is worth it for great authentic ramen.

We loved our ramen. The broth was complex and delicious. They have a lot of options to customize your bowl. Service was excellent. The restaurant was small, clean, and nicely done. English is not well spoken however we had no problems since the menu was available in English. Pricing is on the high side, but worth it. We'll be back.

We were the only tourists in the crowd of mostly young local professionals at this Ramen noodle bar, around the corner from the Tsim Sha Tsui station on a Friday night. The ' menu' is a checklist for your preferences of Ramen - type of broth? Richness? Oiliness? Done-ness of noodles? Type of pork - belly/butt/none? Vegies? Level of added spiciness 1-5? (I thought I liked spice, but '0’ had plenty of zip for me!), Condiments? Etc. Fresh, Hot, delicious - exactly what I was craving. The line-up outside moved fairly quickly and the atmosphere is more inviting than most ramen bars (eg. Ichiran up the street is bigger, noisier, basement level, younger crowd)

Great ramen to the texture you like. Flavorful soup and very filling. I prefer this restaurant as it seemed to move quicker when busy. The other ramen place in Central did not speak English so it was a little frustrating when you have questions and are using an english menu.
