I have been to this place before and I knew it was quite expensive but nevertheless we dicided to have Chinese food out only in the morning so this was the only place I could book on a Friday night. The food is gnereraly very good and beauiful presenatation but the price.... We had three dishes and some rice and tea, no wine. The bill was HKD 1140 plus 10% service charge! My wife thought this is "highway robbery". Thanks to Amex Card if got 10% discount.

Located at 3rd floor of IFC, the view is not particularly good as is available anywhere in the shopping mall, dimsum is good, but over priced, service is not good, rather go to the hotel in the same location which guaranteed for good service. Don't compromise if you are asked to sit near the entrance with no view.

The restaurant on the 3rd floor of the International Financial Centre has a nondescript entrance and decor but a lovely view of the harbour from floor to ceiling glass once you enter the dining room. We had the Peking duck, car Siew pork, roast goose, fish & several types of vegetable dishes. The food was good, of the standard one would expect from the better Chinese restaurant chains but a long way off from restaurants like Mott32.

Located on the 3rd level of IFC, it is a convenient venue for hosting business lunch and dinner especially for people working at IFC and Exchange Square in Centra. Cuisine Cuisine is an upscale Chinese restaurant that serves primarily Cantonese and fusion Chinese food. Some tables offer partial view of Victoria Harbour and the iconic Bank of China and surrounding buildings. That said, some tables are placed along a corridor with no view at all. I've had dinners there a few times, and was satisfied with its ambience and food. My most recent visit was for dim sum lunch. Portion was small, mostly 3 pieces per order. Comparing with similar restaurants in Central, its pricing is on the high end. Food quality was generally above average. Service was just okay. I heard a senior staff indiscreetly coaching an inexperienced waitress behind our table. Despite some shortcomings, the restaurant was fully booked during that lunch hour. To avoid sitting at undesirable area of the restaurant, booking in advance is highly recommended.

Great place for dim sum with the open views of the harbour and good food. Commend this restaurant on all front except the service. I've come a few times and its apparent that the waiters will always recommend the most expensive dishes. Keep to the regular dim sum and you'll be fine. Avoid getting trapped into getting the "Spanish" BBQ pork, which costs almost US$50! Also, good luck if you get a waiter named Ben - he really doesn't seem happy working there, banging dishes on the table etc.
On specific dishes, try the spring rolls, BBQ pork buns (baked), and beef balls... all very good!
