Be prepared to line up. However the line moves pretty quickly as the customers are pumped in and out. Go here to eat and leave - it's tight inside. The beef brisket was delicious and worth the wait. The light broth with noodles and brisket really makes for a comforting meal. Highly recommend.

Good bowl of noodles. Broth and brisket were good. Was fairly crowded even at 3:30 in the afternoon. Quick service. Slightly impatient staff.

You have to stand in line whatever time of day. This is true Hong Kong Style. So busy and you have to share a table with others. Really worth the wait. The Noodles are amazing!!

Was recommended and I also now recommend. Heard from somewhere the owners were offered several million HKD for their recipe - I can see why. Deliciously tender beef brisket in a light and flavoursome broth, the perfect meal size too. Get here late and you'll be in the queue, but it tends to move pretty quickly (don't be put off by a line 10-15 people long, this will turnover in 5-10 mins).

Only negative would be seating. As a larger westerner it was a little cosy, but this seemed to add to the atmosphere and experience. A bowl of noodle brisket ranges between $45-$60 HKD. No.4 the e-fu noodle brisket seems most popular

A place totally devoted to beef brisket soup and it shows in the food.
Had the classic noodle and brisket soup and the curry option, the classic had a very delicate broth with amazing flavorful beef and the curry was just a taste bomb with spicy beefy goodness up to the rim of the bowl. Meal price was 100HKD which is so cheap for what you get.
service is efficient but with a smile.
I ate at around 16 which is good because at lunch time there is a line of over an hour long wait. The restaurant is not air conditioned and the spicey curry soup made me perspire like mad in my business attire so recommend wearing something more airy if you come here.
