The Mira is located just off Nathan Road right in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui, and about 2 small blocks from the MTR station. There is plenty to see and do around there (if shopping is your thing) and it's only 2 stops on the MTR away from Central. The hotel itself is decorated like a high end night club, with shiny black marble floors and some funky sculptures in the lobby. My room was on the 6th floor which overlooked the outside bar area, which meant that there wasn't much privacy, but there wasn't any noise from the bar that I noticed. The room was a good size and well laid out with loads of cool extras. There is a media centre PC which lets you surf the internet and also play your own media (so bring your portable HDD) and also their complimentary mobile came in handy for getting directions and phoning airlines etc. The wifi in the room was included in the rate and was really fast and reliable (unlike some other hotels) Overall a good stay.

Very nice stay at hotel with well thought through details that gives that little extra. Very nice Spa with pool. Good beds and silent room. Would stay here again.

Location is ideal- right in the heart of Kowloon and a few blocks from the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station and walkable stroll (about 15 minutes) to the Star Ferry. The hotel is chic and stylish but I found the checkin/checkout process extremely slow. We got there at 1:40 and was told our room wouldn't be ready until 2:30 even though official check in time is 2:00. They also tried to convince us to go for an upgrade by paying an additional $200 USD. The lobby acoustics is terrible so that when the restaurant is slightly busy, noise echoes throughout. The room layout was odd too- when you walk in, the bathroom sink is immediately to the right so in the hallway and the toilet/shower to the left. There is an optional sliding door separating that from the bed area. The interior of the entire hotel is very dark. Breakfast was not included in our deal through Agoda so we went across the street to the Starbucks. The hotel was fine for a weekend stay but I will not likely return.

Came with husband for romantic break and couldn't be happier with choice of hotel. Very smooth pick up at airport, fast (early) check in, very knowledgeable concierge and superb location. We were a bit late getting up in the mornings so just grabbed croissants and coffee for breakfast from coco but they were great. Had delicious lunch in cuisine cuisine. Lovely room- went for 70 suite due to promotion and well worth it. Fantastic hotel. Thank you Mira staff.
